Don’t worry it is not the Night King.
As the weather starts to get colder, normally this signals the start of the cold and flu season. I have seen a few people in the last few weeks starting to get sick.
Before you come for your massage, here are a few things to remember.
- Do you feel sick? If yes, we are happy to re-schedule you
- Viruses are highly contagious, and we don’t want to get sick.
- If you’re sick, a massage may make it worse. Lying face down which is uncomfortable if you are blocked up, have a runny nose, sneezing and coughing
So if any of this is how you feel prior to your Massage, please give us a call, so we can reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better.
Imagine if we were treating you and I was sneezing and coughing throughout the massage, you wouldn’t want another massage. I will also reschedule your appointment I am sick too.
P.S. a sick Massage Therapist doesn’t do a good massage.
